Ann has been a licensed REALTOR since 1992, practicing Real Estate in Western Pennsylvania most specifically Beaver County. From 1992 to 2003 she was a consistent multi-million dollar producer and took leadership roles in the Beaver County Association of Realtors as a Director from 1999 to 2002 and President of the Association in 2003. In 2003 she obtained her Real Estate Broker’s License and moved to managing a large firm. In 2004, Ann realized a dream and opened her own firm. Ann Miranda Properties, Inc has been actively growing for the past six years. She has experience in Commercial and Residential sales and prides herself as being very knowledgeable of the Beaver County and surrounding markets. Her firm also manages Residential and Commercial Condominium Associations and performs Residential and Commercial Property Management.
Personally Ann is married, has four children. The family currently resides in Patterson Heights.
